We do not refer our clients' cases to other attorneys.  All aspects of the case are handled by attorneys within the firm.  All personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis.  If the case is accepted, the client is responsible for the expenses of litigation, but there is no legal fee due unless there is a recovery.

                                              FEES FOR SERVICES

Our fees depend upon the nature of the matter we are retained to handle for the client.  Some fees are based upon a pre-arranged fixed fee, some are calculated on a percentage basis, and many are billed on an hourly basis.
